Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 48 hours ordering and shipped Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
We ship all items via USPS. Packages weighing more than 1lb will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and include $50.00 insurance.
Return & Refund Policy
While we work hard to ensure our candles and soaps are of the upmost quality, mistakes can happen. If you receive your candle or soap and it is damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, email us at email@example.com within 30 days. Our policy on returns/refunds and exchanges is 30 days from date of purchase; after 30 days we will not return/refund or exchange products. Please include your order number in your email. We will do everything in our power to ensure our customers are satisfied!
If you are not satisfied with your product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days. Product must be unused and in the condition that it was received. Any item that is not in its original condition not due to our fault will not be accepted or returned.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items; only regularly priced items will be refunded.
